Clients may now email their refill requests or leave a message on our automated phone service. Due to high call volumes, our hospital currently has a 48 hour turn around time for prescription refills. Refill requests left on Thursday after 2:00 pm and Friday will be available the following week. Prescription refills may only be picked up during our REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. Our emergency service is unable to process these transactions. We appreciate your understanding.

Your pet’s medical record will be reviewed for approval of your request prior to the completion of the order. If there are questions or concerns, you will be contacted. Please check your email and/or voicemail prior to coming to the office to pick up your order!
