Clients may now email their refill requests or leave a message on our automated phone service. Emails and phone requests received by the closing of each business day will be ready after 2pm the following day. Prescription refills may only be picked up during our REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS the day following your request. Our emergency service is unable to process these transactions. We appreciate your understanding.

Name of the medication you are requesting
Amount of the medication (ex. number of tablets)
Phone number and/or email where you may be contacted if necessary
Your pet’s medical record will be reviewed for approval of your request prior to completion of the order. If there are questions or concerns, you will be contacted. Please check your email and/or voicemail prior to coming to the office to pick up your order!
