Lizette Reed
V.M.D.
Dr. Reed is a native of Long Island, New York, and received her B.A. in Biology with a Minor in Education from Boston College in 2006. She then received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania in 2010. After an internship in Massachusetts, she has spent time practicing emergency medicine in Columbia, SC, and general practice in Virginia. Dr. Reed’s specific interests include behavior, emergency medicine, wound care, and soft tissue surgery.
Outside of the clinical setting, she enjoys fishing, outdoor adventures, and traveling. She and her husband, Ryan, have two energetic children, and one special cat named Fozzie, who was a foster fail.
